I got my iname working with my wordpress sandbox site which is running OpenID registration. It is more up to date than ExternalID. Once I’m comfortable with that, I’ll install OpenID Reg over here.
So far, in the sandbox, I have OpenID on wordpress and in Drupal4.7 and Drupal 5.1. The problems I’ve encountered are Drupal 5 won’t work with iName or idproxy.net. Same with 4.7. Other services work with iName and idproxy.net, so that leads me to believe that the openid plugins are old.
