For some reason, evangelicals ignore presidential candidate Rep Ron Paul, who is pro-life, pro-consitition and pro-liberty. He best represents conservative Christians. Chuck Baldwin wrote about why he’s ignored a month ago. Baldwin gives two reason, the first is concern that evangelicals want to be accepted by the Republican party. But I tend to believe his second reason, that evangelicals are shallow, prefering “candidates who wear religion on their sleeve.” Any candidate who says he’s a Bible believing Christian is worthy of the evangelical vote — If that’s the case, then they should have thrown their support behind Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton.
