<blockquote><p>Not counting rescues and unscheduled training time, he said, the commitment reaches about 30 hours, with more than half focused on dog training.   Veitch offered a simple reason why he does it.   “The obvious appeal is finding someone who is lost or injured,” Veitch said.  </p></blockquote>
